Mobile Signature Paint Party!

• Drippie Paint Party! is a mobile service that travels to your chosen event location. A $35 mobile service fee (travel fee) applies to events located outside our standard service area, (locations in Orange Park, Nocatee, and St. Augustine). This fee helps cover travel time, transportation, and setup costs. The fee will be added to your total at the time of booking.

Drippie Paint Party! provides all painting supplies and materials needed for the event. The hosting family is responsible for providing location, tables and chairs, food, beverages, decorations, and any additional event items.

By attending and participating in our events, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. You understand that these photos, videos, and recordings may be used by our company for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to use on our website, social media platforms, digital content, and printed materials, without compensation or additional notice. If you have any concerns regarding photography, please notify event staff prior to the start of the event.

Face painting is included in this package. Designs will be simple, fun, and age-appropriate and may vary based on available time and the number of children participating.

For the safety of all guests, parents/guardians must inform Drippie Paint Party! of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or other concerns before face painting begins.

Face painting is optional, and children may choose not to participate.

Parents/guardians are responsible for notifying us of any concerns regarding their child's participation.

We understand that plans can change! You may cancel or reschedule your Signature Paint Party, up to 48 hours before your scheduled event. Your full payment will be applied as a credit toward a future party date and time.

Please note that payments are non-refundable because we begin preparing pre-sketched canvases, painting supplies and party materials.

By purchasing this package, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and credit policy.

Photo & Media Consent

By purchasing, you understand that your child may be photographed. Photos and videos may be used by Drippie Paint Party! on our website, social media, and promotional materials for marketing purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All package purchases are non-refundable. Because supplies and materials are purchased and prepared in advance, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations.
